They deserve more than 5 stars.Gray's Flooring came out and offered several different options to protect and upgrade our flooring. They were never pushy but gave us their honest opinion as well as the pros and cons of each option. They even lowered the price after doing the amazing work and realizing the price did not reflect the effort required. That is unreal customer service. They deserve more than 5 stars.
